Made in an unfiltered keller style, and with spontaneous fermentation barrel beer to adjust the pH during the brew to make it uniquely Theremin (instead of the traditional sour malt). Open shallow fermentation in our coolship. Dry-hopped with whole-leaf, natural carbonation.
