Table Beer is a single barrel bottling of raw beer. This is our second release of this delicate beer, with the last one being released almost five years ago.
This edition was made from the second runnings of a turbid mash, which were left unboiled to preserve the flavour of the heritage floor malted Maris Otter malt. The wort was filtered through hops in our hop back, before spontaneous fermentation in barrel for a vanishingly short six months.
The finished beer was dry-hopped with a small amount of the Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe. This has produced a lightly hazy, highly aromatic, and spritzy light beer. Unusually for us, a well timed release to suit the weather.
