Cashmere is a strong pale hoppy beer. It was made from extra pale malt and wheat, with large quantities of US grown Cashmere hops from the latest harvest. The beer was spontaneously fermented in small oak barrels for a short six months before bottling. Naturally carbonated in bottle with wild yeast. The flavours will evolve as the beer ages in bottle.
