Beer Details:
Apéritif is our follow-up to the recently released, Digestif. It was made from our stock of strong, pale, bitter beers. Barrels were chosen which possessed the necessary dry and aromatic character. An average age of two years in barrel provides a balance between clarity-and-complexity of flavour. The finished beer was dry hopped with whole leaf Savinjski Goldings to enhance the herbal and floral aromatics already in the beer.
